Early picked White Grenache, is fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain its freshness and aromatic profile. Blended with 10% Sauvignon Blanc.

The Sauvignon gives a green and herbal lift, with the wine showing incredible character, with almonds and stone fruit noticeable on both the nose and palate.
