Our 10oz British Dry Aged Sirloin Steaks are placed in a unique Himalayan Salt Ageing Chamber which ensures that our dry age steaks truly are a cut above the rest. In this chamber they dry age our primal cuts of beef for a minimum of 28 days before hand selecting them for butchery.

(From Chilled/Ambient) RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE 4-6 mins 8-10 mins 10-12 mins Preheat grill. Place on a grill rack, turn halfway through cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
