These Sea bass fillets are farmed in Turkey and are an economical alternative to our wild Cornish sea bass. These fillets are typically larger than you will find in the supermarket, so are a perfect portion for one per person. The skin is delicious, make it crisp by patting good and dry then rubbing in a pinch of salt.
Give it a go with some Mediterranean vegetables & crushed new potatoes for a fantastic healthy meal.
