Cooking Guidance:


Cooking times may vary. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

Oven Cooking Instructions

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN For best results oven cook from frozen. Place on kitchen foil, lightly brush with oil and loosely wrap. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan-assisted oven at 200℃/Gas mark 6 for approximately 18-22 minutes.

Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES; For best results place onto non-metallic plate.; Cover and heat on full power to the following times: 750W (4 -4.5 min), 850W (3.5-4min), 1000W (3-3.5 min);Beware of escaping steam when removing the film/ lid.

Grill Instructions


GRILLING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep product refrigerated and use within 48 hours. Ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. Place on a baking tray and lightly brush with oil. Cook on a pre-heated grill at medium heat for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
