Unless you’re breading your own scampi, this is as good as it gets. Each piece is made from whole scampi tails rather than scampi ‘mince’ and the only fish inside is scampi (you’d be surprised what other fish get into what sometimes passes as breaded scampi). The scampi content is 40%. Compare that with the typical figure of 33%. It’s been made to a traditional British recipe, and we recommend serving it as a British classic, with plenty of tartare sauce or ketchup.
