100% Syrah from the vineyards of Minervois, high in the hills in vineyards the reach up against the herb covered rocks above. The is a notable intake of the garrigue herbs, thyme and lavender on the nose of this wine, accompanying the dark perfumed notes of the ripe Syrah fruit.
Picked ripe and fermented in tank, with gentle extraction, ensuring that the wine has fantastic fruit notes yet is balanced and restrained. Chewy tannins the wine is long and elegant on the palate.
