A great way to cook our exotic fish steaks is to wrap them in foil, adding a knob of butter and seasoning with salt and pepper and finally serve with steamed vegetables and a fluffy jasmine rice.
Cooking Instructions: From frozen in a pre-heated oven. Wrap in foil season with butter cook at 200C/Gas mark 6 for 30-35 minutes. If product is already defrosted, reduce cooking time by 3-5 minutes.
