Spice up weekday suppers with our Beef Chilli Pie. You’ll find delicious beef mince wrapped in crumbly, buttery short-crust pastry. We’ve added a mix of crushed beans and some tomatoes to the finely ground meat to give plenty of body and meaty texture. Then we’ve layered on the aromatic spices. Smoky warm coriander and cumin meet earthy smoked paprika and are given a hum of heat from chilli.

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking from frozen –  Information is for guidance (appliances may vary) CONVENTIONAL OVEN Pre-heat oven to 180C/ 350F / GM 4. Place the pies (in their foil cases) on an oven tray and into the pre-heated oven. Cook for 35 – 45 minutes or until they are crispy, golden brown and piping hot throughout.

To accompany a hearty Beef Chilli Pie, consider serving a classic side of fluffy and buttery cornbread. Begin by mixing cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and a touch of sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake until golden and set.
