EXCHANGES & REFUNDS If you are dissatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service from Love What You Eat please contact us by emailing us via the Contact Us page of the website. We shall be happy to exchange or refund any item you feel does not meet our quality standards, or any item that has been lost or damaged in transit as per the following terms: If your parcel does not arrive within 24 hours of your delivery slot, please contact us to begin tracing. We ask our couriers for a signature and proof of delivery and will dispatch a replacement box as soon as possible in the event that the box has been misplaced. If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible within 72 hours or receipt of the parcel. Please take a picture of the damaged box and / or item and send it to us. If your parcel has been delivered in tact, but is missing one of the products you ordered, please take a picture of the box contents and send it to us within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. You will be offered a refund or replacement for the item. If you would like us to replace the item that you ordered, we shall send you the correct one as soon as possible. If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. You will be offered a refund or replacement for the item.
