Oven-baked or grilled, we find that the meat retains its flavour. From farm to fork, our own butchers  prepare these steaks onsite. There are a range of possible accompaniments for our steaks including traditional sides like chips or a fluffy jacket potato. Our rib eyes come frozen for you to simply pop them out of your freezer as and when you want to cook them. Let them defrost fully before cooking.
