OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 25-30 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly. Allow to stand for 10 minute(s). OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 35-40 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly. Allow to stand for 5-10 minute(s).
