Confit of Duck legs from our award winning Silverhill Duck supplier

These Confit of Duck legs are an ideal dish for dinner parties or romantic meals for two. It’s sweet succulent meat will go down a treat. This meal comes to you pre-prepared simply requiring you to thaw out the duck before putting it into the oven. Our confit of duck leg is complimented excellently by a fluffy bed of mash and asparagus.

Duck legs (97%) Seasoning (sugar, salt, garlic powder, spices), duck fat.

Cooking Guidelines
Remove packaging and place on a wire rack in a baking tray. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout. Carefully remove from the oven and serve. Do not reheat.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
