Our beef is hand-diced by our master butchers, and it doesn’t taste anything like beef that has been automated and machine-diced.
Prior to dicing, we remove the majority of the muscle’s surface fat while trimming by hand. When you purchase diced beef steak from Good Taste Foods, you are getting beef steak that is perfect for everyday cooking in stews, casseroles, and one-pot dishes, where the collagen breaks down to produce some succulent, tender, and flavorful slow-cooked beef.
