Lobster and prawn bisque


A rich and subtle soup combining the flavours of prawn and lobster smoothed with cream and the finesse of cognac. Garnished with pastry lobster shapes and with FREE salad prawns! Contents: 6 Cooking Instructions: Place sealed sachet in a pan of boiling water, return to the boil and continue to boil for 20 minutes. Place lobster puffs on a floured baking tray in centre of hot oven (220 C, Gas 7) and bake for 5 minutes.
